Spring wedding bells planned for Klamath Falls couple

Brittania Nicole Carter and Ryan Ray Welch recently announced their engagement, with plans to marry in April of 2009.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Jo Ann Edwards and Hazel Griffin, both of Lakeview, and the daughter of Steve and Tamara Carter. The groom-to-be is the son of Gary and Stella Welch of Klamath Falls.
Both the bride and groom-to-be are graduates of Mazama High School (2005 and 2007 respectively), and currently reside in Klamath Falls.
