On Tuesday, March 19, Steven McLane Jr. was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count. Count one was for assault in the second degree constituting domestic violence. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Wednesday, Jan. 11 where the defendant did unlawfully and intentionally cause serious physical injury to Charlene Destiny Young by hitting her in the face. The state further alleges that this offense constituted domestic violence in that the defendant and Charlene Destiny Young are in an intimate relationship. 

 

On Tuesday, April 9, Rene Cote III was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on three counts. Count one was for unlawful exportation of marijuana items. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit, usable marijuana from this state. Count two was for unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit, usable marijuana. Count three was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The state further alleges that the amount purchased was more than eight ounces of usable marijuana and based on the same act or transaction.

This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit, usable marijuana from this state. Count two was for unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit, usable marijuana. Count three was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. Count three was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Thursday, Jan. 17 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The state further alleges that the amount purchased was more than eight ounces of usable marijuana and based on the same act or transaction. 

On Wednesday, April 24, Kenneth Juengel was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count. Count one was for assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Monday, April 24 when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to Corie Elaine Barns and the assault was committed in the immediate presence of the minor child of the defendant. The state further alleges it was an act of Domestic Violence. 

On Tuesday, April 30, Merrick Gamble was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on six counts. Count one was for the unlawful exportation of marijuana items. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Tuesday, March 26 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items to wit, usable marijuana from this state. Count two was for unlawful delivery of marijuana item. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Tuesday, March 26 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit, usable marijuana. Count three was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21 years or older. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Tuesday, March 26 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The state further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times 8 ounces of usable marijuana. Count four was for unlawful exporting of marijuana items. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Tuesday, March 26 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit, a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105, from this state. Count five was for the unlawful delivery of marijuana item. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Tuesday, March 26 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit, a cannabnoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. County six was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21 years or older. This charge stemmed from an incident on or about Tuesday, March 26 where the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly possess a cannabnoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105.
