The defendant, Michael William Brown, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful use of a weapon – on or about June 22, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally discharge a bow and arrow within city limits or a residential area within an urban growth boundary, at or in the direction of a person, building, structure or vehicle within the range of the weapon without having legal authority for such discharge. 2. Unlawful use of a weapon – on or about June 22, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally discharge a bow and arrow within city limits or a residential area within an urban growth boundary, at or in the direction of a person, building, structure or vehicle within the range of the weapon without having legal authority for such discharge. 3. Unlawful possession of methamphetamine – on or about June 27, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly possess a usable quantity of methamphetamine and, at the time of possession, the defendant had a prior felony conviction, to-wit: theft I in Lake County case 140246CR convicted on Dec. 15, 2014. 4. Wildlife violation – on or about June 22, 2020, in Lake County, did unlawfully with criminal negligence take a mule deer in a prohibited area in violation of the wildlife laws. 5. Wildlife violation – on or about June 22, 2020, in Lake County, did unlawfully and with criminal negligence hunt mule deer during closed season. 6. Waster of game mammal – on or about June 22, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and with criminal negligence waste the edible portion of a mule deer buck. 7. Felon in possession of body armor – on or about June 27, 2020, in Lake County having been convicted of a felony, was unlawfully and knowingly in possession or control of body armor. 8. Tampering with physical evidence – on or about June 22, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly destroy, mutilate, alter, conceal or remove physical evidence, to-wit: bow and arrows, thus impairing its verity or availability, with the intent that it be unavailable, used, introduced or rejected in an official proceeding which to the knowledge of said defendant was about to be instituted to-wit: hunting in closed season. 9. Felon in possession of a restricted weapon – on or about June 27, 2020, in Lake County, having previously been convicted in Lake County on Dec. 10, 2015, of the felony of Theft I in Lake County case 140246CR convicted on Dec. 15, 2015, did unlawfully and knowingly have in said defendant’s possession, custody or control an instrument or weapon having a blade that projects or swings into position by force or a spring or by centrifugal force.

The defendant, Raymond James Glaser, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawfully exporting marijuana items – on or about June 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana from this State. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. Unlawful delivery of a marijuana item – on or about June 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 3. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older – on or about June 6, 2020, in Lake County while being 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 4. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items – on or about June 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit; a cannabinoid extract. The State further alleges that the delivery involved more than 16 times one ounce of cannabinoid extract. 5. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item – on or about June 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana items, to wit: a cannabinoid extract. The State further alleges that the delivery involved more than 16 times one ounce of cannabinoid extract. 6. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21 years or older – on or about June 6, 2020, in Lake County, while being 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than one ounce of cannabinoid extract. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was more than 16 times one ounce of cannabinoid extract.

The defendant, BR, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Rape in the first degree – on or about April 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly engage in sexual intercourse, by means of forcible compulsion; the State further alleges that during the course of the above-described offense, the defendant caused or threatened to cause serious physical injury. 2. Unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree – on or about April 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, by forcible compulsion, penetrate the vagina, with an object, to wit: fingers. 3. Sexual abuse in the second degree – on or about April 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly subject victim to sexual intercourse, the said victim then being a child under 18 years of age and incapable of consenting thereto. 4. Sodomy in the third degree – on or about April 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly engage in deviate sexual intercourse, a child under sixteen years of age. 5. Rape in the third degree – on or about April 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly engage in sexual intercourse with a child under sixteen years of age.
