The defendant, Walter Ray Guill, is accused by the Grand Jury for Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Attempted murder – on or about Oct. 31, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally attempt to cause the death of M.C., another human being. 2. Assault in the first degree – on or about Oct. 31, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally cause serious physical injury to M.C. by means of a Jeep Cherokee, a deadly or dangerous weapon. 3. Assault in the second degree – on or about Oct. 31, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly cause serious physical injury to M.C. by hitting him with a Jeep Cherokee.

The defendant, Jackson Harold Morris, is accused by the Grand Jury for Lake County of the following offense: 1. Unlawful possession of methamphetamine – on or about Oct. 29, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly possess a useable quantity of methamphetamine and, at the time of possession, the defendant had a prior felony conviction, to-wit: convicted of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine on April 8, 2014 in Klamath County and convicted of Attempting to Elude a Police Officer in a Vehicle on March 27, 2018 in Lake County.
