On Tuesday, June 18, Beau Russell Anderson was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count. Count one was for theft by receiving. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018 in Lake County, Ore. when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly commit theft of a 1975 Corvette Stingray (VIN: 1Z37T5S420586), the property of George Jones, by receiving the property and the defendant knowing that the property was the subject of theft. The state further alleges that the value of the property exceeds $10,000. The state said the act of the defendant being contrary to the statuettes in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the state of Oregon. 

On Tuesday, July 9, Richard Granger Gardner was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on six counts. Count one was for unlawfully exporting marijuana items. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Lake County, Ore., when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana from the state of Oregon. The state further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. Count two was for unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. The charge stems from an incident on or about Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Lake County Ore., when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana. The state further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. Count three was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older. The charge stems from an incident on or about Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Lake County Ore., while being 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105, from this state. Count five was for unlawful delivery of marijuana item. The charge stems from an incident on or about May 15, 2019 in Lake County, Oregon when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The state further alleges that the delivery involved more than one quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. Count six was for unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21 years or older. The charge stems from an incident on or about May 15, 2019 in Lake County, Oregon when the defendant, while 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The state further alleges that the amount possessed was more than one quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The state said acts being of the same or similar character, based on the same act or transaction and based on two or more acts or transactions connected together or constituting parts of a common scheme or plan. The state also acts of the defendant being contrary to the statutes in such cases made and provided against the peace and dignity of the State of Oregon. 

On Tuesday, July 9, Jeremy Michael Seeley was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on three counts. Count one was assault in the third degree. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 31, 2019 in Lake County Oregon, when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly while being aided by another person actually present, cause physical injury to Donald Timothy Wilson. Count two was for assault in the second degree. . The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 31, 2019 in Lake County Oregon, when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to Donald Timothy Wilson by means of a dangerous weapon, to wit: a motorcycle by running into Donald Timothy Wilson. Count three was for assault in the fourth degree. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 31, 2019 in Lake County Oregon, when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to Donald Timothy Wilson.

On Tuesday, July 9, Jeffery Eryln Wallace was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on three counts. Count one was assault in the third degree. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 31, 2019 in Lake County Oregon, when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly while being aided by another person actually present, cause physical injury to Donald Timothy Wilson. Count two was for assault in the second degree. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 31, 2019 in Lake County Oregon, when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to Donald Timothy Wilson by means of a dangerous weapon, to wit: a motorcycle by hitting Donald Timothy Wilson. Count three was for assault in the fourth degree. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about May 31, 2019 in Lake County Oregon, when the defendant did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to Donald Timothy Wilson.

On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, Austin Brian Devine was indicted by a Lake County Grand Jury on one count. Count one was for failure to report as a sex offender. The charge stemmed from an incident on or about June 8, 2019 in Lake County, Oregon, when the defendant being a person who was required by law to report in person, as a sex offender, to the Department of State Police, a chief of police or a county sheriff or, if the person is under supervision, to the supervising agency, within 10 days of a change of residence in this state, having changed residence in this state and having knowledge of the reporting requirement, did feloniously fail to report as required.
