The defendant, Daniel Joseph Rosvold-Sobczyk, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Sept.. 28, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105, from this state. 2. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item — on or about Sept. 28, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the delivery involved more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. 3. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21-years or older — on or about Sept. 28, in Lake County, while 21-years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105.

The defendant, Donald Scott George, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Oct. 1, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105, from this state. 2. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item — on or about Oct. 1, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. 4. Unlawful possession of a schedule I controlled substance — on or about Oct. 1, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly possess psilocybin mushrooms, a schedule I controlled substance. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was sixty grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of psilocybin or psilocin. 5. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Oct. 1, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit; cannabinoid products in solid form or cannabinoid concentrates, from this state. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times, 16 ounces, of cannabinoid products in solid form or cannabinoid concentrates. 6. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item — on or about Oct. 1, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit; cannabinoid products in solid form or cannabinoid concentrates. The State further alleges that the delivery involved greater than 16 times, 16 ounces, of cannabinoid products in solid form or cannabinoid concentrates. 7. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21-years or older — on or about Oct. 1, in Lake County, while 21-years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than 16 ounces of cannabinoid products in solid form or cannabinoid concentrates. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was greater than 16 times, 16 ounces, of cannabinoid products in solid form or cannabinoid concentrates.

The defendant, Shanna Lynette House-Bost Carty, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Oct. 14, in Lake County, dud unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit;: usable marijuana from this State. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item — on or about Oct. 14, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 3. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21-years or older — on or about Oct. 14, in Lake County, while being 21-years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 4. Criminal conspiracy — on or about Oct. 14, in Lake County, did unlawfully, with intent that conduct constituting the crime of unlawful export of a marijuana item, punishable as a felony, be performed, agree with another to engage in the performance of the following conduct of unlawfully putting into transit over fifty pounds of marijuana flower.
