The defendant, Michael Ray Schulte, has been accused by the Grand Jury of the Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Criminal conspiracy — on or about Sept. 7, in Lake County did unlawfully, with intent that conduct constituting the crime of robbery, punishable as a felony, be performed, agree with each other to engage in the performance of the following conduct did unlawfully and knowingly, while in the course of committing theft, with the intent of preventing and overcoming resistance to defendant’s taking of property and retention of the property immediately after the taking, use physical force upon Brian Craig Strawn and cause or attempt to cause serious physical injury to Strawn. 2. Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer — on or about Sept. 7, in Lake County, being an operator of a motor vehicle upon a highway or premises open to the public and having been given a visible or audible signal to stop by a police officer who was in uniform and prominently displaying the police officer’s badge of office or operating a vehicle appropriately marked showing it to be an official police vehicle, did unlawfully and knowingly, while still in the vehicle, flee or attempt to elude a pursuing police officer.

The defendant, Alan Wade Owen, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Assault in the second degree — on or about Sept. 7, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly cause serious physical injury to Brian Craig Strawn by striking repeatedly with a closed fist. 2. Robbery in the first degree — on or about Sept. 7, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, while in the course of committing theft, with the intent of preventing and overcoming resistance to defendant’s taking of property and retention of the property immediately after the taking, use physical force upon Strawn and cause or attempt to cause serious physical injury to Strawn. 3. Theft in the first degree — on or about Sept. 7, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly commit theft of a Ruger LC9, a firearm, the property of Brian Craig Strawn. 4. Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer — on or about Sept. 7, 2020, in Lake County being an operator of a motor vehicle upon a public highway or premises open to the public and having been given a visible signal to stop by a police officer who was in uniform and prominently displaying the police officer’s badge of office or operating a vehicle appropriately marked showing it to be an official police vehicle, did unlawfully and knowingly, while still in the vehicle, floor or attempt to elude a pursuing police officer. 5. Felon in possession of a firearm — on or about Sept. 7, in Lake County having previously been convicted in Lake County on June 29, of the felony of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, did unlawfully and knowingly have in said defendant’s possession, custody or control a firearm.

The defendant, Michael Wayne Monroe, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Failure to appear in the first degree — on or about April 27, in Lake County having been charged with the crime of criminal driving while suspended or revoked, a felony, and having by court order been released from custody under a release agreement up the condition that the said defendant would subsequently appear personally in connection with a charge did unlawfully and knowingly fail to appear as required.

The defendant, James Ray Davidson, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful possession of heroin — on or about Sept. 8, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly possess a usable quantity of heroin and, at the time of possession, the defendant had a prior felony conviction, to-wit: Multnomah County case number 17CR30852, convicted on July 27, 2017. 2. Felon in possession of a restricted weapon — on or about Sept. 8, in Lake County having previously been convicted in Multnomah County, case number 17CR30852 on July 27, 2017 of the felony of attempt to elude a police officer, did unlawfully and knowingly carry a butterfly knife, a knife having a blade that projects or swings into position by force of a spring or by centrifugal force.
