The defendant, Trever S. Cochran, is accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Driving under the influence of intoxicants – on or about Nov. 25, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully drive a motor vehicle upon a highway or premises open to the public while under the influence of intoxicants, to wit: alcohol, defendant having been previously convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants in violation of the laws of this state or another jurisdiction at least two times in the 10 years prior to the date of the current offense, those convictions were as follows: on Oct. 22, 2010, by Payette County Magistrate Court; on Oct. 11, 2018, by Payette County Magistrate Court.

The defendant, Tyrell Scott Schroeder, has been charged by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Burglary in the first degree – on or about Oct. 30, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a dwelling located at 59125 No. Rainbow Ln., Christmas Valley, with the intent to commit the crime of criminal mischief and theft therein. 2. Theft in the first degree – on or about Oct. 30, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly commit theft of Firearms, rifles, shotguns and handguns, the property of R.P. 3. Theft in the first degree – on or about Oct. 30, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully commit theft of Firearms, food, ammunition, feminine products, of the value of one thousand dollars or more, the property of R.P. 4. Criminal mischief in the first degree – on or about Oct. 30, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and with intent to damage property, destroy or damage windows, floors, doors, gun safe, ceiling, deck railing and walls, in an amount exceeding $1,000, the property of R.P., defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that defendant had such right. 5. Burglary in the first degree – on or about Oct. 23, 2019, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a dwelling located on Old Lake Road, Christmas Valley, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein. 6. Theft in the second degree – on or about Oct. 23, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully commit theft of generator, Television, Shop Vacuum and RV Battery, of the total value of $100 or more, the property of M.H. 7. Burglary in the second degree – on or about Oct. 21, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located on Oil Dry Road, Christmas Valley, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein. 8. Theft in the first degree – on or about Oct. 21, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully commit theft of Chain saw, Ryobi Weed Blower, Propane Weed Burner, Blue portable air compressor tank and pop-up canopy, of the total value of one thousand dollars or more, the property of T.F.

The defendant, David Carroll Strout, has been charged by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Failure to appear in the first degree – on or about Oct. 28, 2019, in Lake County having been charged with the crime of Burglary in the First Degree, a felony, and having by court order been released from custody under a security release upon the condition that the said defendant would subsequently appear personally in connection with a charge did unlawfully and knowingly fail to appear as required.

The defendant, Christine Ray, has been charged by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Theft in the first degree – on or about Nov. 7, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully commit theft of a Honda Civic automobile, of the value of $1,000 or more, the property of G.M. 2 – Criminal conspiracy – on or about Nov. 7, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully, with intent that conduct constituting the crime of criminal mischief punishable as a felony be performed, agree with each other to criminal mischief the performance of the following conduct. 3. Forgery in the first degree – on or about Nov. 7, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, with intent to injure and defraud, falsely make, complete or alter a personal check of C.N., a written instrument that purported to be a check totaling $1,000 or more. 4. Criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree – on or about Nov. 7, 2019, in Lake County did unlawfully and while knowing the instrument to be forged and with intent to utter it, did possess a personal check of C.N., a written instrument that purported to be a check totaling $,1000 or more.
