The defendant, Anthony James Karsten, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Sexual abuse in the first degree – on or about Aug. 26, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly subject NS, a person under the age of 14 years, to sexual contact by touching her vagina, sexual or intimate part of NS. 2. Sodomy in the first degree – on or about Aug. 26, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly engage in deviate sexual intercourse with NS, a child under 12-years of age.

The defendant, John Charles Weber Jr., has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful delivery of a marijuana item – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. Giving false information to a police officer – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowing give a false or fictitious name, address or date of birth to Scott Hill, a police officer who was enforcing the motor vehicle laws.

The defendant, Quentin D. Pogan, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawfully exporting marijuana items – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana from this state. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. Unlawful delivery of a marijuana item – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 3. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County while being 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 4. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105, from this state. 5. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit; a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the delivery involved more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. 6. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21 years of age or older – on or about Aug. 6, 2020, in Lake County while 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105.
