The defendant, Christopher Todd Hale, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Burglary in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at 715 N. 4th St., Lakeview, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein. 2. Theft in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully commit theft of merchandise, of the total value of one hundred dollars or more, the property of Lakeview Chevron. 3. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally damage glass door, the property of Lakeview Chevron, by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right. 4. Burglary in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building at 21 N. F St., Lakeview, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein. 5. Theft in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully commit theft of merchandise and currency, of the total value of one hundred dollars or more, the property of Harlan’s Furniture and Appliance. 6. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally damage front window, the property of Harlan’s Furniture and Appliance, by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right. 7. Burglary in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at 123 N. G St., Lakeview, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein. 8. Theft in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully commit theft of currency, of the total value of one hundred dollars or more, the property of Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union. 9. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally damage a window, the property of Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right. 10. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally damage glass window the property of First Community Credit Union by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right. 11. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally damage glass window, the property of KORV Radio Station by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right. 12. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally damage glass window, the property of AmeriTitle by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right. 13. Unlawful possession of a firearm — on or about Dec. 10, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly carry a firearm concealed upon the person.

n The defendant, Danny Ray Dial, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following counts: 1. Robbery in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, while in the course of committing theft, with the intent of compelling David Thomas McKnight, to deliver the property, and being armed with a deadly weapon, use or threaten the immediate use of physical force upon McKnight. 2. Burglary in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at Roberta Ave. and S. Third St., with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein, and while in said building, defendant caused or attempted to cause physical injury to another person. 3. Criminal conspiracy of a felony — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully, with intent conduct constituting the crime of robbery punishable as a felony be performed, agree with Jessica Lynn Brown, Russell Cooley and Tyler Brenton Lancaster to engage in the performance of the following conduct lure David Thomas McKnight to a meeting and compel to deliver property. 4. Assault in the second degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to David Thomas McKnight by means of a deadly or dangerous weapon, to wit: handgun, by pistol whipping. 5. Unauthorized use of a vehicle — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly take a vehicle, to wit: 2013 GMC pickup, without the consent of the owner, David Thomas McKnight. 6. Theft in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully commit theft of personal property, of the value of one thousand dollars or more, the property of David Thomas McKnight.

n The defendant, Russell Cooley, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Robbery in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, while in the course of committing theft, with the intent of compelling David Thomas McKnight, to deliver the property, and being armed with a deadly weapon, use or threaten the immediate use of physical force upon McKnight. 2. Burglary in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at Roberta Ave. and S. Third St., with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein, and while in said building, defendant caused or attempted to cause physical injury to another person. 3. Theft in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully commit theft of personal property, of the value of one thousand dollars or more, the property of David Thomas McKnight. 7. Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County, being an operator of a motor vehicle upon a public highway or premises open to the public and having been given a visible or audible signal to stop by a police officer who was operating a vehicle appropriately marked showing it to be an official police vehicle, did unlawfully and knowingly, while still in the vehicle, flee or attempt to elude a pursuing police officer.

The defendant, Jessica Lynn Brown, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Robbery in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, while in the course of committing theft, with the intent of compelling David Thomas McKnight, to deliver the property, and being armed with a deadly weapon, use or threaten the immediate use of physical force upon McKnight. 2. Burglary in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at Roberta Ave. and S. Robbery in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly, while in the course of committing theft, with the intent of compelling David Thomas McKnight, to deliver the property, and being armed with a deadly weapon, use or threaten the immediate use of physical force upon McKnight. 2. Burglary in the first degree — on or about Nov. 16, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at Roberta Ave. and S. Third St., with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein, and while in said building, defendant caused or attempted to cause physical injury to another person. 3.
