Monday, Aug. 24 – OSP responded to a vehicle versus cow accident on Hwy 140 at milepost 89. The drive, Taylor Lamar Jones, Klamath Falls, provided false identification. A DMV and warrants check of his actual named revealed that he had four confirmed warrants out of Klamath County. A methamphetamine pipe was also found. Jones was lodged in the Lake County Jail and Don Deiters Towing towed the vehicle.

Friday, Aug. 28 – OSP stopped a vehicle on Hwy 140 at mile post 92 for a speeding violation. A search of the vehicle revealed bulk marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and steroids. The driver, Nathan Michael Crapis, was cited and released.
