Monday, Feb. 3 – OSP trooper responded to an accident on southbound Hwy 31 at mile post 65, when the driver lost control of his camp trailer on a corner causing it to roll on its side. A DMV check of the driver, Richard Pierson Upchurch, La Pine, revealed he had a DWS Felony, driving with a suspended or revoked license. The driver was lodged in the Lake County Jail. The vehicle, a green Suzuki Grand Vitara, was towed by Journey Salvage at the request of ODOT.
Wednesday, Feb. 5 – OSP stopped a vehicle for a lighting violation at North J Street and Center Street. The driver, Lucinda Yvonne Waycaster, failed to present a drivers license. A DMV search revealed she has a driving with a suspended licenses-misdemeanor, the driver admitted knowing she was driving with a suspended license. The driver was criminally cited and the vehicle, a black Jeep, was lawfully parked.
Sunday, Feb. 9 – OSP contacted a subject with a known warrant at South 6th Street and Mountain View Drive,. The suspect, Carey Lynett Everitt, was issued a criminal citation for the Fail to Appear Bench Warrant.
