Sunday, Oct. 11 — Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated male breaking bottles in Chandler Park. An investigation was conducted and the male was arrested for DUII – alcohol and taken to the Lake County Jail. A breath test was conducted; the blood alcohol content was 0.12 by weight.

Monday, Oct. 12 — Deputies were dispatched to a burglary at the 100 block of north H street, Lakeview. The homeowner stated that someone entered his home and stole numerous items including: a pistol, archery bows, silverware, propane heaters, knives, and golf clubs. The victim said he may have video of the suspect, but did not know how to retrieve the video. The investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, Oct. 13 — Deputies were dispatched to 620 N. F St., Lakeview regarding a domestic disturbance. A boyfriend and girlfriend had been involved in a domestic violence altercation on Sunday, Oct. 11. A consent search of the residence resulted in finding methamphetamine in the bedroom. A juvenile was removed from the home by Department of Human Services; he witnessed the assault. Both individuals were arrested and transported to the Lake County Jail without incident.

Tuesday, Oct. 13 — Deputies took a phone report of a stolen bicycle taken sometime between Thursday, Oct. 8, and Friday, Oct. 9. Two days later on Oct. 15, the deputies were notified that the bicycle had been returned to the owner.

Tuesday, Oct. 13 — Deputies received a report of a stolen bicycle on north F street. The victim stated that his bike was taken sometime between Sunday night and Tuesday morning. The bike is a silver 21-speed Pacific Mountain bike.

Thursday, Oct. 15 — Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious circumstances complaint at 620 N. F St., Lakeview. Deputies made contact with an adult male and confirmed through dispatch that he had multiple valid warrants for Jackson and Lake counties. He was arrested and transported to the Lake County Jail without incident.

Thursday, Oct. 15 — Deputies contacted victims of a threat complaint. The victims stated they had been receiving threatening text messages from an adult female known to them. The victims wanted the incident documented with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Thursday, Oct. 15 — Deputies responded to the Lake District Hospital for a report of an assault. The victim stated he was assaulted by an adult male at the Tall Town RV Park. Deputies contacted witnesses at the park who confirmed the victim’s account. The suspect was arrested for assault in the fourth degree and lodged in the Lake County Jail without incident.

Friday, Oct. 16 — Michael Brown was arrested at the Lake County Courthouse on a failure to appear warrant out of Lake County.

Friday, Oct. 16 — Deputies responded to a family dispute near the 500 block of south G street, Lakeview. Deputies notified the Department of Human Services hotline and the incident was recorded. The father agreed to have the mother and daughter stay in a hotel for the night.

Friday, Oct. 16 — Deputies investigated an Oregon Identification Card that was turned in to them. The investigation showed the person on the card died in 2015.

Saturday, Oct. 17 — Deputies began an investigation of a second hand Sylvania flat screen television that was stolen from a resident on Maple Circle drive, Christmas Valley. The television was recovered and returned to the victim.

Saturday, Oct. 17 — Deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity on the roof of the Indian Village in Lakeview. Two juveniles were located on the southwest corner of the building. They were cited and released to a family member.
