Commune 222 and the Van Horn Foundation are holding a bake sale beginning at 12 p.m. in Christmas Valley on Saturday, May 15.

The bake sale will be held in the lot next to the Chevron gas station along the Christmas Valley Highway. This is the spot that the organization and its volunteers go to when they hand out hot meals through their restoring by serving organization.

The bake sale will feature a wide variety of sugar and sugar free desserts, made by local volunteers in the Christmas Valley community.

The money raised from the event will support the programs sponsored by the Van Horn Foundation in Christmas Valley, which sponsors a wide variety events in the area.

There will be no set price for the baked goods, the organizers will only be selling the baked goods by donation, people donate whatever they can for a baked good.
