Charles Wayne Riddle, age 77, passed away Sunday, Jan. 19, 2020, at his home in Eagle Point.

Charlie was one of eight children born to Fleet and Ollie Riddle.  He was born May 29, 1942 in Jonesboro, Tenn.

Charlie attended Lamar School in Jonesboro, Tenn. He later moved to Lakeview and then to Bly. After several years in Bly he moved to Eagle Point. Charlie was employed with the BLM for several years where he did tower watches and plant data.

Charley loved Native American history. He enjoyed carving arrow heads and walking sticks. He liked to golf and going down to Ed's Oasis to visit with all of his friends. He was a fun loving person.

Charlie was preceded in death by: his parents, Fleet and Ollie Riddle; brothers, Jack Riddle, Robert (Bud) Riddle, and Harl Riddle; and nephews, Rocky Riddle and Jerrod Riddle.

He is survived by: brother, Ronnie Riddle of Yuma, Ariz.; brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Lenis Riddle of Scappoose; sister, Helen Duggan of Lakeview; sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Bill Brown of Bly; nephews and nieces-in-law, Brent and Keenie Brown of Bly and Mickey and Kathie Duggan of Lakeview; nephews, Allan Brown of Klamath Falls and Terry Riddle of Klamath Falls; nieces, Lacy Riddle of Portland and Geraldine Tomlinson of Lakeview; nieces and nephews-in-law, Starla and Buzz Giordani of Bakersville, Calif., Judy and Jim Cyr of Lakeview, Sheila and Benny Hagy of Jonesborough, Tenn. and Debbie and Kenny McCollough of Klamath Falls; and numerous great-nephews and great-nieces.

At Charlie's request, no services will be held.

Conger Morris Funeral Home in Central Point is in charge of the arrangements.
