The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 4. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Nov. 3, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105, from this State. 5. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item — on or about Nov. 3, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the delivery involved more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a licensed issued under ORS 475B.105. 6. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person age 21 years or older — on or about Nov. 3, 2021, in Lake County while 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess a cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.105. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was more than one-quarter ounce of cannabinoid extract that was not purchased from a marijuana retailer that holds a license issued under ORS475B.105. 7. Criminal conspiracy — on or about Nov. 3, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully with intent that conduct constituting the crime of exporting marijuana items punishable as a felony be performed, agree with another to engage in the performance of the following conduct unlawfully putting into transit over 100 pounds of marijuana flower.

The defendant, Gonzalo Lorenzo-Medina, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Nov. 14, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana, from this State. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. The defendant, Martin Alvarez de la Cruz, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful exporting of marijuana items — on or about Nov. 14, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana, from this State. The defendant, Kelly Dawn Utley, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawful delivery of methamphetamine — on or between Nov. 25, 2021 and Dec. 1, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver methamphetamine. 2. Endangering the welfare of a minor — on or about Dec. 1, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly permit a person under the age of eighteen years, to enter or remain in a place where unlawful activity involving controlled substances was maintained and conducted.

The defendant, Adam Warren Young, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Assault in the second degree — on or between Dec. 5, 2021, and Dec. 6, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly cause serious physical injury to Brian Hodnett by striking him, breaking his jaw and knocking out/loosening teeth. 2. Harassment — on or between Dec. 5, 2021, and Dec. 6, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally harass or annoy Spencer Dick by subjecting Dick to offensive physical contact. 3. Harassment — on or between Dec. 5, 2021, and Dec. 6, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and intentionally harass or annoy Hanna Rucker by subjecting Rucker to offensive physical contact. 4. Disorderly conduct in the second degree — on or between Dec. 5, 2021, and Dec. 6, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and recklessly create a risk of public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm by engaging in fighting or violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior.

The defendant, Jonathan Lee Cook, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Unlawful delivery of marijuana item — on or about Oct. 28, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount attempted to possess was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana.

The defendant, Nicholas Michael Truckey, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawfully exporting marijuana items — on or about Dec. 6, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana, from this State. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. Unlawful delivery of a marijuana item — on or about Dec. 6, 2021, in Lake County, did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana.
