The defendant, Dustin Gerald Gustaveson, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following charges: 1. Sexual abuse in the first degree — on or about Sept. 4 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly subject the victim, a person under the age of 14 years, to sexual contact by touching her breast, a sexual or intimate part of the victim. 2. Sexual abuse in the first degree — on or about Sept. 4 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly subject the victim, a person under the age of 14 years, to sexual contact by touching her buttocks, a sexual or intimate part of the victim.

The defendant, Joshua Allan Scott, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Unlawfully exporting marijuana items — on or about Sept. 28 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly export marijuana items, to wit: usable marijuana from this State. The State further alleges that the offense concerns an amount of marijuana items that exceeds 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 2. Unlawful delivery of a marijuana item — on or about Sept. 28 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver a marijuana item, to wit: usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 3. Unlawful possession of marijuana by a person 21 years of age or older — on or about Sept. 28 in Lake County while being 21 years of age or older, did unlawfully and knowingly possess more than eight ounces of usable marijuana. The State further alleges that the amount possessed was 16 times eight ounces of usable marijuana. 4. Criminal conspiracy — on or about Sept. 28 in Lake County did unlawfully with intent that conduct constituting the crime of unlawfully exporting marijuana items punishable as a felony be performed, agree with another to engage in the performance of the following conduct unlawfully transporting approximately 44.1 pounds of usable marijuana.

The defendant, Chad Ryan Brown, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence — on or about Nov. 8 in Lake County did unlawfully and recklessly cause physical injury to the victim, and the assault was committed in the immediate presence of or witnessed by the defendant’s minor child, defendant’s minor stepchild, the minor child of the above named victim, the minor stepchild of the above named victim or a minor child residing within the residence of the victim. The State further alleges that this act constituted domestic violence as defined by ORS 135.230. 2. Interfering with making a report — on or about Nov. 8 in Lake County did unlawfully by removing, damaging, and/or interfering with a telephone, intentionally prevent and/or hinder another person from making a report to a 911 emergency reporting system.

The defendant, Andrew Seth Bushey, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Driving under the influence of intoxicants — on or about Oct. 10 in Lake County did unlawfully drive a motor vehicle upon a highway or premises open to the public while under the influence of intoxicants, to wit: alcohol, defendant having been previously convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants in violation of the laws of this state or another jurisdiction at least three times in the ten years prior to the date of the current offense, which convictions were as follows: on Dec. 14, 2015 in Lake County 15CR32907; on Nov. 4, 2014 in the Superior Court for the County of San Diego CN334732; on June 12, 2018 in the Superior Court for the County of Modoc F-18-047. 2. Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer — on or about Oct. 10 in Lake County being an operator of a motor vehicle upon a public highway or premises open to the public, and having been given a visible or audible signal to stop by a police officer who was in uniform and prominently displaying the police officer’s badge of office or operating a vehicle appropriately marked showing it to be an official police vehicle, did unlawfully and knowingly, get out of the vehicle and unlawfully and knowingly flee or attempt to elude the police officer. 3. Driving while suspended or revoked — on or about Oct. 10 in Lake County did unlawfully and criminally drive a motor vehicle upon a highway or premises open to the public, during a period when defendant’s driving privileges, or right to apply for driving privileges, were suspended or revoked in this state by a court or by the Department of Transportation. 4. Failure to carry or present license — on or about Oct. 10 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly drive a motor vehicle upon a highway in this State without a license, driver permit or out-of-state license in the said defendant’s possession.

The defendant, Juan Lopez-Isidro, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Attempted burglary in the first degree — on or about Nov. 14 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly attempt to enter or remain in a dwelling located at 145 S. E St., Lakeview, with the intent to commit the crime of criminal mischief therein. 2. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Nov. 14 in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally damage windows and door, the property of Maurice Lepley, by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had no right. 3. Attempted burglary in the first degree — on or about Nov. 14 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly attempt to enter or remain in a dwelling located at 129 S. E St., Lakeview, with the intent to commit the crime of criminal mischief therein. 4. Criminal mischief in the second degree — on or about Nov. 14 in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally damage windows and door, the property of Rolanda Love, by breaking, the said defendant having no right to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe that the said defendant had such right.
