Grand jury indictments

The defendant, David Dwayne Young, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Attempted sodomy in the first degree — on or about April 15 in Lake County did unlawfully attempt to forcibly compel the victim to engage in oral sexual intercourse. 2. Aggravated harassment — on or about April 15 in Lake County knowing that the victim was a staff member, did unlawfully and knowingly propel saliva, a dangerous substance, at the victim, who was known by the defendant to be a staff member acting in the course of official duty. 3. Assaulting a public safety officer — on or about April 15 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to the victim, a person defendant knew to be a corrections officer, while the victim was acting in the course of official duty. 4. Private indecency — on or about April 15 in Lake County while in the view of the victim and in a place where the victim had a reasonable expectation of privacy, did unlawfully, with knowledge that the victim did not consent to the exposure, and with the intent of arousing the sexual desire of defendant or another person, expose defendant’s genitals, which exposure reasonably would have been expected to alarm or annoy the victim.

The defendant, Stephanie Elizabeth Tinker, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school — on or about April 2 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of the real property of a public elementary school attended primarily by minors.
