The defendant, Andrew Curtis Scott, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence — on or about Oct. 31 in Lake County did unlawfully and recklessly cause physical injury to the victim, defendant having previously been convicted at least three times of assault in any degree, menacing, strangulation, or other equivalent crime in another jurisdiction. The State further alleges that this constituted an act of domestic violence. 2. Strangulation — on or about Nov. 5 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly impede the normal breathing or blood circulation of the victim by applying pressure on the throat and neck, blocking the nose or blocking the mouth of the victim and at the time of said crime, the defendant was previously convicted at least three times of assault in any degree, menacing, or other equivalent crime in another jurisdiction. 3. Strangulation — on or about Nov. 5 in Lake County did unlawfully and knowingly impede the normal breathing or blood circulation of the victim by applying pressure on the throat and neck, blocking the nose or blocking the mouth of the victim and the victim is a family or household member, as defined in ORS135.230, of the defendant. 4. Assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence — on or about Nov. 5 in Lake County did unlawfully and recklessly cause physical injury to the victim, defendant having previously been convicted at least three times of assault in any degree, menacing, strangulation, or other equivalent crime in another jurisdiction. The State further alleges that this constituted an act of domestic violence.

The defendant, Orie Calvin Clinton Summers, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offenses: 1. Criminal mistreatment in the first degree — on or about Oct. 1 in Lake County in violation of a legal duty to provide care for the victim, an elderly person, did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to the victim. 2. Criminal mistreatment in the first degree — on or about Oct. 1 in Lake County in violation of a legal duty to provide care for the victim, an elderly person, did unlawfully and knowingly cause physical injury to the victim. 3. Assault in the fourth degree — on or about Oct. 1 in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally, knowingly or recklessly cause physical injury to the victim. 4. Assault in the fourth degree — on or about Oct. 1 in Lake County did unlawfully and intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly cause physical injury to the victim.

The defendant, Cie Timothy Lynch, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Felon in possession of a firearm — on or about Oct. 25 in lake County having previously been convicted in Polk County on Jan. 2, 2020, of the felony of attempt to commit sex abuse in the first degree, did unlawfully and knowingly have in said defendant’s possession, custody or control a firearm.

The defendant, Michael Shane La Fon, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Felon in possession of a firearm — on or about Aug. 15 in Lake County having previously been convicted in Crook County case 99CR0240 on Feb. 7, 2000, of the felony of forgery I, did unlawfully and knowingly have in said defendant’s possession, custody or control a firearm.
