Wednesday, May 18 — Troopers observed Christopher Daniel Botello, Alturas, Calf., running a stop sign on a moped at the intersection of south 9th and H streets in Lakeview. Botello did not have identification on him when he was stopped. He provided his name and was found to have two active warrants out of Lake County. Botello was arrested and lodged in the Lake County Jail.
