I thought that after three years with the Lake County Examiner (2014-2016) I had said my proper goodbyes to Lake County. I thought that after three years as a reporter with the Herald & News I had said goodbye to journalism all together, moving on to other interests. Yet here I am, back in familiar confines, back in journalism, constantly experiencing déjà vu.
