This week's edition of the Flash is sponsored by Lake County School District # 7, which will appoint someone to fill position 3 on the school board. If you are interested in serving as a LCSD7 board member, please submit a formal Letter of Interest to the School District Office located at 1341 S. 1st St. in Lakeview. The closing date is June 8 at noon. Letters of Interest must include a brief introduction of yourself, any experience you may have serving as a board member, an explanation of why you would like to serve on the LCSD7 board, and what you feel would be the biggest challenges serving as a board member.
