Lake Health District is looking to fill its Emergency Medical Services director position as current EMS Dir. Tyson Lane has given his notice.
Lane served with North Douglas County Fire and EMS before taking Lake County’s EMS director position in late spring of 2021. He announced during the Thursday, March 2 LHD Board meeting that he accepted a lateral entry position with the La Pine Fire District, where he will start this week. He said during Thursday’s meeting that “there is definitely some sadness” that has come with his decision.
