New agent joins Favell-Utley Realty

Favell-Utley Realty has welcomed a new realtor, Pamela Koefoed, who joined the office Monday, March 20 and is excited to serve Lake County residents and those looking to move to the area.

Koefoed has spent the past 22 years working as a Christian public speaker — both stateside and internationally — and said she sees real estate as another way to serve her community. She recently received her real estate license after taking classes for a year. This career change aligns with another of her passions, she explained, as she’s had “a lifetime interest in homes, land and ranches.”
