On Monday, May 31, 2021, our beautiful daughter, Reagan Christine Alves, 14, passed away.

Reagan was born on May 19, 2007 in Seattle, Wash. and was attending Estacada Middle School.

Reagan spent every Memorial Day weekend in Lakeview with her dad at his cousin Donald's ranch for the annual cattle branding. She loved riding horses, the quads and connecting with her dad in one of his favorite places.

Reagan was a very independent thinker, she was determined and was always there to root for the underdog. She recently liked collecting crystals, and had a serious collection of Nike Air Force 1s. She had been a 4-H participant for the last four years. She really enjoyed working with her animals, but she really loved the week at fair. Reagan also played basketball and softball.

We will forever cherish the 14 years we had with Reagan. She was a force to be reckoned with and given the chance would have grown to be a strong and compassionate woman.

She is survived by: her parents, Gregg and Lisa Alves; her sister, Delaney; and many other family members.

The family will be hosting a private memorial at their home at 21977 S. Patrick Way, Estacada, OR 97023 on Saturday, June 12, 2021, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
