The State further alleges the above listed offenses are of the same or similar character, and/or are all based on the same act or transaction, and/or are based on two or more acts or transactions connected together or constituting parts of a common scheme or plan.
n In the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County Lake, Jared Travis Branham is accused by the Grand Jury for Lake County of the following offense(s): Count 1 — Burglary in the Second Degree: The defendant, on or about January 3, 2023, in Lake County, Oregon did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain in a building located at 1600 Missouri Ave., Lakeview, Oregon with the intent to commit the crime of theft herein; Count 2 — Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver-Property Damage: The defendant, on or about January 3, 2023, in Lake County, Oregon being a driver of a vehicle being operated on a highway or premises open to the public, which vehicle was involved in an accident resulting damage to fixtures or property legally upon or adjacent to a highway, did unlawfully and knowingly fail to take reasonable steps to notify the owner or person in charge of property of the fact of the accident and of the driver’ s name and address and of the registration number of the vehicle the defendant was driving; Count 3 — Theft in the Second Degree — The defendant, on or about January 2, 2023, in Lake County, Oregon did unlawfully and knowingly commit theft of tires, a total value of one hundred dollars or more, the property of Collins Pine. The State further alleges the above listed offenses are of the same or similar character, and/or are all based on the same act or transaction, and/or are based on two or more acts or transactions connected together or constituting parts of a common scheme or plan.
