Culinary class

The Lakeview High School Culinary Dinner will be held this Friday, May 26 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Lakeview Elks Lodge. Students in the LHS culinary class, taught by Kat Alves, are responsible for planning, preparing and serving the meal.

Dinner will include a green salad, shrimp or chicken fettuccine with sauteed asparagus, garlic bread, and a brownie a la mode. Through the class students gain real life experiences and skills to succeed in the food industry and obtain an Oregon Food Handlers card.
