The defendant, Robert Edmond Burkett Jr., has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following sense: 1. Driving under the influence of intoxicants — on or about March 29 in Lake County did unlawfully drive a motor vehicle upon a highway or premises open to the public while under the influence of intoxicants, to wit: alcohol, defendant having been previously convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants in violation of the laws of this state or another jurisdiction at least two times in the ten years prior to the date of the current offense, those convictions were as follows: on April 4, 2017 by Lake County Circuit Court case number 15CR38901 and Aug. 22, 2017 by Lake County Circuit Court case number 17CR18651.
The defendant, William Wayne Havens, has been accused by the Grand Jury of Lake County of the following offense: 1. Failure to report as a sex offender — on or about April 16 in Lake County being a person who was required by law to report in person, as a sex offender, to the Department of State Police, a chief of police or county sheriff or, if the person is under supervision, to the supervising agency, within 10 days of a change in residence, having changed residence in this state and having knowledge of the reporting requirement, did feloniously fail to report as required.
